- Manufacturer model name and/or number.
- Fabric/Leather grade, number, and/or color.
- Wood Finish
- Description
- Group or Collection Name.
Delivery Time.
All orders for furniture are place either directly with the factory or with responsible distributors. If the merchandise is in stock at a high-volume manufacturer, it will usually ship within 4-6 weeks. In the event the furniture is not in stock at the time of your order, or it is custom ordered, this time factor can be as long as 6-18 weeks, and can take as long as 180 days. Customer Service will advise you of the estimated delivery schedule at the time of order confirmation.
Q. How is furniture shipped?
A. Your furniture will be shipped from the manufacturer or distributor by a common carrier directly to the address agreed upon when you place your order. The weight, and classification of each item, as well as the distance of the shipment determine delivery charges. Therefore when you place your order, we will call the Freight Company and obtain the freight rates based on your individual order.
